Manufacturing Process:
We have laser CNC KSS9000 automatic cutting equipment, Britain imported PTFE, ETFE, PVC/PVDF membrane MAC1000 automatic welding equipment, jeans imported TDD90011 microwave quality testing equipment, intersecting wire cutting equipment and first-class carbon dioxide welding equipment. Each welder has a valid certificate issued by the Quality Supervision Bureau, the Labor Bureau and the Security Bureau, and each specific project must undergo a separate strict assessment before they can participate.
Factory Trial:
For any of our new projects, we will try it out in the factory. Including platform steel structure assembly, tent mainframe, membrane material installation, glass wall, and so on.

PVC fabric is 100% waterproof, UV resistant, fire/flame retardant, cost-effective, and a multitude of colors, etc.
PVC Fabric is a commonly coated PVDF topcoat with a design life of approximately 15-20 years.
Frame Material:
Strong, reinforced, galvanized Q235b steel framework. Withstands the most violent weather conditions.
All the accessories are made of stainless steel or GB standard hot-dip galvanized parts.
